Welcome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mr. Myth website (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is a promotional page for the book Mr. Myth — Animals of the World, operated by Mr. Myth Collection ("we", "us", "our"). The Site does not sell products directly. Purchases are completed through third-party retailers such as Amazon, under those retailers' own terms.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, illustrations, characters, photographs, the Mr. Myth name and logo, page layouts, and the underlying code — is owned by Mr. Myth Collection or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law (such as fair use of small excerpts for review or commentary).

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Myth Collection and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mr. Myth Collection harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Children

The book is intended for children ages 2 and up, but the Site itself is intended for adults (parents, guardians, gift buyers). If you are under the age of 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mr. Myth Collection is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where applicable.
